Olga Dabrowska, the Documentary Film category winner of Ceska Leonarda 2025

The winner of Czech Leonarda 2025: Documentary Work “Femina Femininum – Woman is Not A Taboo” was named as Olga Dabrowska with her project OHROŽENI (Endangered). Olga submitted a project for a feature-length investigative documentary film about the systematic mistreatment of Czech children after their parents separate. The winner of Czech Leonarda 2025: Animated Works is VERONIKA ZACHAROVA and her project ZATOULANÁ (The Strayed One). Veronika won with a project for a short animated film (8 min), without dialogue, intended for both children and adult audiences. Meet Magdalena Drahovska, the winner of the “Book-To-Screen” Adaptation Category

The winner of the category: Adaptation of Original Czech Literary Work is MAGDALENA DRAHOVSKA with her idea for an adaptation of the book by Marie Rejfová, Tales from Smíchov. Magdalena came up with a project to adapt this successful book into a six-part TV series called SMÍCHOVSKÁ DÍVKA (The Smíchov Girl). The miniseries follows Růžena Meet Magdalena Drahovska, the winner of the “Book-To-Screen” Adaptation Category
